Let Them Eat Cake!

It's Valentine's Day so I decided to make a cake for my friends and neighbors. This is chocolate layer cake with Cherry Cream Cheese filling. The cake is frosted with Whipped Cream and topped with Cherry Filling. The cake was decorated with gold leaf dust and chocolate shavings and hand made chocolate hearts were filled with homemade lemon grapefruit jam.
